Before entering real estate, Charlie built a successful career as a global executive in the technology sector, holding senior leadership roles at companies including Samsung and Cisco Systems. In these roles, he managed complex global operations, led large organizations, and drove significant revenue growth.
Earlier in his career, he served as a nuclear submarine officer and IT officer in the United States Navy, a background that instilled the precision, discipline, and mission-focused thinking that now shape his approach to lending.
After entering the real estate investing world with Suzanne, Charlie helped build a rental portfolio while gaining firsthand experience in acquisitions, deal structuring, and property operations.
