Why capital partnering?

Because asset-backed real estate investing should not require landlord headaches.

Private money investing allows you to earn structured income secured by real property without managing tenants, repairs, or day-to-day operations.

Capital Partners benefit from:

  • First-position Deed of Trust / Mortgage loans
  • Short-duration projects (typically 6–12 months)
  • Defined equity cushions (max 60–65% ARV)
  • Interest-only structures, paid monthly or at payoff

All investments involve substantial risks, including the potential loss of some or all of the invested capital, and investors should carefully consider their risk tolerance and evaluate the investment before making investment decisions.
